1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JLFun ("JLFun," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlfun.one (the "Platform").

By accessing the JLFun Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by JLFun, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the JLFun Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the JLFun Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. JLFun does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money game on the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of JLFun, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from JLFun or had your account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not on any government-issued list of prohibited or restricted persons in connection with online gaming activities.

JLFun takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, investigate the matter, and report the incident to the relevant regulatory authorities where required by law.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games on JLFun, you must create a registered account through the official registration process at /register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

The following rules apply to your JLFun account:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active JLFun account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, device, or IP address used.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. JLFun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Account non-transferability: Your JLFun account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify JLFun immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

JLFun reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the JLFun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). JLFun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at JLFun's discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your JLFun account balance upon confirmation of receipt by JLFun's payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method but are generally near-instant for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya).
• JLFun does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. JLFun reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• JLFun does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. JLFun may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. JLFun reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified method at its discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Only funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• JLFun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing verification, investigation, or compliance review.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

5 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the JLFun Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game only.

• Bet placement: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the JLFun system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• System errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, JLFun reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account balance. JLFun's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: JLFun is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game's auto-resolution rules.
• Currency: All bets, winnings, and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JLFun does not accept bets in any other currency.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. JLFun reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

JLFun uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. The use of any system, strategy, or software that purports to predict or influence RNG outcomes is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JLFun may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the JLFun Platform may contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game will be specified in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: JLFun reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players in connection with a promotion.
• Modification and withdrawal: JLFun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the original promotion terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JLFun Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to facilitate the transfer of illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by JLFun.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JLFun staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

JLFun employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to appeal the forfeiture of funds associated with such conduct.

8 Responsible Gaming

JLFun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible through your account settings and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your JLFun account.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the JLFun Platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

JLFun reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we identify indicators of problem gambling, including but not limited to: rapid escalation of bet sizes, extended uninterrupted play sessions, or repeated requests to reverse self-exclusion decisions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the JLFun Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of JLFun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JLFun Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without JLFun's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any JLFun trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of JLFun's intellectual property may result in legal action. JLFun actively monitors for infringement and will enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JLFun, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JLFun Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond JLFun's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

JLFun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JLFun account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JLFun's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

JLFun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account on JLFun, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JLFun implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and JLFun cannot guarantee absolute security.

JLFun may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

JLFun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JLFun will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is posted, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the JLFun Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account closure procedure described in your account settings.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and JLFun, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting JLFun's customer support team using the contact details in Section 14. JLFun will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal process described above.
